Maintenance Fees
What is a maintenance fee? It is another means for the calling card company to make money off you. A maintenance fee will reduce the calling time on your card even when you are not using it. Does Overtime International charge a maintenance fee? No.
Disconnect Fees
What is a disconnect fee? It is a fee charged when you end your call; a fee to hang-up; that's just wrong. Why should anyone be charged to hang-up? Does Overtime International charge a disconnect fee? No.
Billing Block Fees
What are billing block fees? Billing blocks also know as rounding is the way the calling card company charge you for the time you were connected to your destination. For example let's say you were connected for 6 minutes and 30 seconds and the calling card company uses 3 minute rounding; you will be charged for 9 minutes. Does Overtime International round their calls? Yes, we use 2 minute rounding; so that same call will be charged as 8 minutes.
Taxes
Many calling card companies charge add on taxes in addition to their stated rates. Does Overtime International add any taxes to the stated rates? No; all the taxes are built into our rates already.
Connection Fees
A connection fee is charged by calling card companies to pay for internal expenses. Does Overtime International charge a connection fee? Yes, 25 cents but only when you actually connect to the phone number you called.
